Maison Martin Margiela coming to the high street
Swedish retail giant H&M has announced it’s latest designer collaboration to be with avant-garde fashion house Maison Martin Margiela. In a statement released by H&M, creative advisor, Margareta van den Bosch describes the event as a ‘great and memorable fashion moment’. Margiela designs have been known to push the boundaries of fashion and with previous experience with the likes of Jean Paul Gautier, the collection is set to be the most desirable yet.
H&M regularly joins forces with major fashion houses in order to enable the masses to own a piece of luxury fashion. Previous high demand collaborations include Versace, Marni and Lanvin. The male and female collection is due to be rolled out in around 230 worldwide stores as well as online on November 15th. Take a look at the promotion videos which includes fashion sketches of a sweater and coat.
