Wayne Rooney recently declared he was a big fan of underground Liverpool band The Hummingbirds when he took to Twitter to say, ‘listened to some great music today from a young band from Liverpool, get following @TheHummingbirds’.
The result was 1,600 new followers of the band in one day. But this isn’t the first time Wayne has gone mad over a band. Wayne got a tattoo on the inside of his right forearm that reads ‘Just Enough Education To Perform’, the title of the 2001 Number One album of his favourite band the Stereophonics.
Wayne is obviously a big fan of music, and with his first visit to Glastonbury last year in mind, Open asked Wayne; if you could choose your perfect music festival line up, who would your top 5 acts be?
